Refund and Returns Policy

Our Refund policy stands valid for 3 days from date of delivery provided that original packaging is not opened by the customer.

Our Refund process is described as below:

• Customer will share email on contact@circadianhealthtech.com with photographs of product received in original packaging.
• Our representative will notify customer for return approval.
• Customer will dispatch the product in original packaging to our office Cabin at No 4, First Floor, SCO 826, NAC Market, Sector 13, Manimajra, Chandigarh – 160101
• Once we receive the product back, we will check the condition and notify the customer on acceptance or rejection for the refund.
• The refund for approved cases will be processed within 2 banking days.
• Refund amount for approved cases will be calculated after deducting shipping charges.

Refund Policy Exemptions:

• The refund is not applicable if the original packaging is opened/tampered by the customer.
